3. Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
Yes, you can make changes to your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible to request changes.
4. Can I exchange an item for another size?
Absolutely! You can exchange clothing for another size, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange the exchange.
5. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if you contact us before it has been shipped. Please reach out to us immediately to cancel.
6. How long is the processing time?
Our processing time is 1 day. We keep all our inventory ready to ship so you can receive your items as quickly as possible!
7. How long does shipping take within the United States?
We ship all packages via USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to the Coronavirus. If you prefer a different shipping carrier, please let us know.
8. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
- It is still in its original packaging and unworn.
